What are your payment options?

We accept Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Cosabella eGift Cards as payment.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Cosabella is proud to ship to over 35 countries worldwide. Non-EU residents may need to pay import duties/taxes on receipt.

What are your shipping methods and costs?

Most orders are shipped via DHL, Fedex, or Italian Post. Please refer to our Shipping Policy to learn more. Non-EU residents may need to pay import duties/taxes on receipt.

When are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days and delivered within 5 business days. Rush UPS orders are shipped out the same day if placed before 12PM EST.

What is your return policy?

Our 100% guarantee ensures that every Italian made garment you purchase on Cosabella.com exceeds your expectations. We will gladly accept any new/tagged/unworn garment(s) within 30 days from day of delivery for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. Garment(s) from our Sale/Outlet page are final sale. Click here for our full return policy.

What about garments damaged during delivery?

We take great care in packing your new Cosabella garment(s), but if something should happen to them during transit, we will gladly send you a free USPS pre-paid return label so you can mail the damaged articles and have them replaced at no additional cost. You can notify us at EUSHOP@COSABELLA.COM

My order is a gift, can you provide gift receipt?

If you would like a gift receipt sent, please make a note at checkout (there is an option for comments before finalizing the order).

Oh no! The size/color I want is out of stock!

Our Italian lingerie is highly sought after and tends to sell out quickly. Cosabella staff will gladly assist you. Please contact us at EUSHOP@COSABELLA.COM and provide name, SKU and/or picture of the garment you are looking for.
